What you'll do

  • Address production and quality issues on the shop floor in collaboration with manufacturing operations teams
  • Investigate and disposition nonconforming materials through rework, repair, scrap, and concession activities
  • Maintain and update production and quality records in SAP and other enterprise systems
  • Review and improve manufacturing work instructions, process documentation, and verification procedures
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation to enhance manufacturing performance
  • Serve as technical resource interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly requirements for production personnel
