About this role

ALTEN Technology USA seeks an Issue Resolution Engineer to manage technical issues in Premium Infotainment systems, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and suppliers. This role involves investigating root causes, coordinating fixes, and validating solutions through hands-on vehicle testing and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

Own technical issues from intake through closure, managing contributions from internal teams, customers, and field data
Act as primary technical contact with suppliers, leading discussions on root cause analysis and fix strategies
Perform hands-on vehicle investigations to collect logs, data, and reproduce issues for diagnostics
Lead cross-functional meetings and provide stakeholder updates on issue status, risks, and mitigation plans
Support validation activities, ride-and-drives, and regression testing to confirm fixes resolve problems
Document all issues, root causes, corrective actions, and lessons learned in tracking systems
