Jr. ADAS Warranty Engineer
About this role
Join ALTEN Technology USA as a Jr. ADAS Warranty Engineer to investigate and resolve advanced driver assistance system field quality issues across automotive programs. You'll analyze warranty data, lead root cause investigations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions that improve vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve warranty and field quality issues involving ADAS systems across vehicle programs
- Analyze warranty claims, dealership data, and customer complaints to identify emerging quality trends and risks
- Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis methodologies
- Serve as technical liaison between engineering, suppliers, service, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Review diagnostic data, software logs, and vehicle test data to support failure analysis and replication
- Support vehicle inspections, field evaluations, and issue reproduction activities as needed
