MID - ADAS Warranty Engineer
About this role
Join ALTEN Technology USA as an ADAS Warranty Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving field quality issues with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems across vehicle programs. You'll analyze warranty data, lead cross-functional root cause investigations, and drive corrective actions while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and service teams to improve vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Lead investigation and resolution of warranty and field quality concerns for ADAS systems across multiple vehicle programs
- Analyze warranty claims, dealership data, customer complaints, and connected vehicle information to identify emerging trends and risks
- Coordinate root cause investigations involving ADAS hardware, software, sensors, calibration, and vehicle integration
- Serve as primary technical liaison between engineering, suppliers, service organizations, manufacturing, and quality departments
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FTA) to drive rapid containment and permanent solutions
- Review diagnostic data, software logs, and validation results to support failure analysis and issue replication
