About this role

AMAROK seeks an experienced Salesforce Developer/Administrator to build and maintain custom solutions for its Sales and Marketing operations. You'll design Apex logic, Lightning Web Components, workflows, and integrations while supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users across a growing enterprise.

What you'll do

  • Develop Apex code, Lightning Web Components, workflows, triggers, and validation rules for Sales and Marketing teams
  • Provide technical support to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users, triaging and escalating issues as needed
  • Build and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, reports, dashboards, and page layouts
  • Execute requirements analysis and create functional specifications with business stakeholders
  • Research, select, integrate, and support Salesforce and related products
  • Perform system testing, UAT support, and maintain technical documentation
