Software Engineer

About this role

Ambrook, a Series A fintech startup, seeks a Software Engineer to help rebuild financial infrastructure for family-run agricultural businesses. You'll work on a modern full-stack platform combining web, mobile, and data tools while learning the agriculture and climate tech space and influencing product direction as an early team member.

What you'll do

• Deliver full-stack product features and infrastructure improvements across web and mobile applications
• Own feature development from design through deployment, managing project breakdown and prioritization
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to influence feature prioritization based on customer insights
• Improve engineering tooling, server infrastructure, databases, and CI/CD pipelines
• Establish and champion best practices around code quality, security, and data privacy
• Participate in hiring and team growth by evaluating and interviewing candidates
