About this role
Manufacturing Engineer supporting new product introduction at Alliance North America, a leading supplier of power generators and energy systems. You'll bridge R&D and manufacturing by developing engineering procedures and ensuring products transition smoothly from development to production while collaborating across multiple engineering and operations teams.
What you'll do
- Transition new products from R&D through development, validation, and production readiness phases
- Create engineering procedures and technical requirements for Process Engineering to develop production processes
- Collaborate with R&D, electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams to ensure manufacturability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and work instructions for production
- Validate products meet quality standards before handoff to Operations
- Support factory locations across the country with 25% travel requirement
