About this role
Anaplan seeks a Systems Engineer II to manage enterprise identity, cloud, and collaboration platforms in a hybrid Minneapolis-based role. You'll administer Okta, Microsoft 365, and Slack while automating workflows and maintaining system health across a Fortune 50 customer base.
What you'll do
- Administer Okta SSO, MFA, SAML, and OIDC integrations with automated provisioning workflows via SCIM and Okta Workflows
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Oversee Slack Enterprise Grid administration including workspace architecture, access policies, app deployments, and workflow automation
- Design and maintain API-driven integrations and PowerShell automation connecting M365, Okta, Slack, Workday, and other SaaS platforms
- Monitor infrastructure and SaaS services for outages and performance issues; triage Tier 2/3 incidents and escalations
- Create and maintain runbooks, architectural diagrams, and comprehensive support documentation
