Anaplan is hiring a Systems Engineer II to manage identity, cloud infrastructure, and collaboration platforms across their global enterprise. The role combines IAM administration (Okta), Microsoft 365 endpoint management, Slack governance, and cross-system automation in a hybrid environment based in Reston.

What you'll do

  • Administer Okta SSO, MFA, SAML, and OIDC integrations; implement automated provisioning workflows via SCIM and Okta Workflows
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft Intune for multi-platform endpoint management
  • Oversee Slack Enterprise Grid administration including workspace architecture, user access, app approvals, and workflow automation
  • Design and maintain API and script-driven integrations across M365, Okta, Slack, HRIS, and other enterprise SaaS platforms
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and API automation to streamline joiner/mover/leaver processes and eliminate manual administration
  • Monitor SaaS and infrastructure health using ITOM tools; triage incidents as Tier 2/3 escalation point and maintain documentation
