About this role
Junior software developer role at AnaVation building secure, mission-critical applications for federal law enforcement. You'll work on case-tracking systems and investigative tools under senior guidance, learning modern development practices and government security compliance in a hybrid DC/Northern Virginia setting.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain application features with senior developer mentorship
- Participate in software requirements, design, and testing activities
- Write clean code following secure-coding practices and version control
- Support debugging, documentation, and sprint planning tasks
- Work within DevSecOps pipelines and government-compliant workflows
- Assist with system integration and troubleshooting efforts
