About this role
Anduril Industries' Atlanta Supply Chain team seeks a Business Process Engineer to design, document, and implement operational processes across manufacturing and supply chain functions. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, establish scalable workflows, and drive adoption of new process frameworks in a fast-paced defense technology environment.
What you'll do
- Document current workflows, identify execution bottlenecks, and design future-state operational models across manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Introduce and socialize process frameworks with diverse stakeholders including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Program Management
- Create process flow visualizations using Lucid/Visio to communicate readiness, risks, and lessons learned to leadership
- Guide teams through rollout implementation, facilitate phase gate evaluations, and provide feedback on best practices
- Build relationships across engineering, operations, and program management to understand pain points and advocate for process improvements
- Develop and recommend tactical resources and communication strategies to support process adoption and sustainability
