About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Business Systems Infrastructure Coordinator to build and maintain the technical backbone supporting the Air Maneuver Division's operations. This role combines infrastructure management, tool administration, and workflow optimization—acting as a peer to the operations team rather than a support function—while building systems designed for future team growth.
What you'll do
- Partner with DivOps to identify gaps in tooling, governance, and information flow, then develop and maintain solutions
- Administer core collaboration and business systems (Jira, Foundry, TeamCenter, GitHub, Confluence, Quip, dashboards)
- Build, deploy, host, and automate internally developed tools; integrate via APIs and keep running reliably
- Design and optimize engineering and program workflows into Jira configurations, custom fields, automation rules, and documentation spaces
- Manage user provisioning, role-based permissions, Okta administration, and security group management for secured programs
- Audit systems regularly for data hygiene, archive stale projects, and ensure tracking tools reflect real-time program status
