About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Engineer for Radar to lead product strategy, technical roadmap, and stakeholder engagement for innovative radar solutions. You'll own the full lifecycle from customer needs analysis through deployment, collaborating with engineering teams and leadership to deliver differentiated defense capabilities.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to align objectives and secure buy-in
- Drive radar architecture and product development strategies through technical tradeoffs and innovation opportunities
- Define product strategy and development roadmap that delivers differentiated customer value
- Organize and prioritize engineering efforts to bring radar products to market efficiently
- Lead tactical execution of prototyping, development, and operational delivery
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs, team capabilities, and radar technologies
