About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Engineer for Radar to lead the development of innovative radar solutions for defense applications. You will own stakeholder engagement, product strategy, technical roadmap planning, and execution across radar product offerings, working closely with internal teams and customers to deliver differentiated capabilities.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to gather insights and secure alignment
- Drive radar architecture and product development strategies by analyzing technical tradeoffs and identifying innovation opportunities
- Define product strategy and roadmap that delivers differentiated customer value in the marketplace
- Organize and prioritize engineering efforts across functional teams to optimize resource utilization and accelerate time-to-market
- Lead prototyping, development, and operational delivery of radar products from concept through deployment
- Communicate product vision and strategy to diverse stakeholder groups with varying technical backgrounds
