What you'll do
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and industry partners to align objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Drive radar architecture and product development strategies through understanding of technical tradeoffs and innovation opportunities
- Define product strategy and roadmap that delivers differentiated value to military customers
- Organize and prioritize engineering efforts to optimize resource utilization across functional teams
- Lead tactical execution of prototyping, development, and operational delivery of radar products
- Work with engineering teams to understand technical designs, SDLC, and manage risks
