What you'll do

  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and industry partners to align objectives and secure stakeholder buy-in
  • Drive radar architecture and product development strategies through understanding of technical tradeoffs and innovation opportunities
  • Define product strategy and roadmap that delivers differentiated value to military customers
  • Organize and prioritize engineering efforts to optimize resource utilization across functional teams
  • Lead tactical execution of prototyping, development, and operational delivery of radar products
  • Work with engineering teams to understand technical designs, SDLC, and manage risks
