About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Chief Solutions Engineer to lead technical and programmatic strategy for defense technology opportunities, from early concept through funded programs. You'll drive executive customer engagement, manage cross-functional teams, and shape strategic growth initiatives while ensuring alignment across product lines and manufacturing capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead executive-level customer engagements and develop winning responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals
- Manage technical and programmatic opportunities from initial shaping through design and capture stages
- Coordinate multi-business line collaborations to unlock use cases and ensure product interoperability with customer systems
- Develop system requirements, conduct trade analyses, and optimize designs for performance, cost, schedule, and risk
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams of internal and external subject matter experts to execute strategic initiatives
- Coordinate with manufacturing to ensure prototype and low-rate production scalability to full-rate manufacturing
