About this role

Anduril Industries seeks an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to program and operate 4 and 5-axis machines for prototype and low-volume aerospace manufacturing, primarily working with composites and advanced materials. You'll manage the complete manufacturing process from blueprint interpretation through quality control, support process innovation, and require U.S. security clearance eligibility.

What you'll do

  • Program and operate 4 and 5-axis CNC machines, routers, mills, and lathes using Mastercam or similar CAM software
  • Interpret technical blueprints and design models to establish machining parameters
  • Design and implement custom fixtures and work-holding solutions for complex parts
  • Troubleshoot machining issues in real-time and adjust operations as needed
  • Perform in-process and final quality control inspections to meet tight tolerances
  • Support development and adoption of advanced manufacturing processes
