About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Staff Power Systems Engineer to lead electrical architecture and power analyses for advanced military aircraft platforms. You'll own system-level electrical design from concept through flight test, ensuring compliance with military standards and optimizing for mission performance.

What you'll do

  • Lead vehicle-level electrical power analyses including loads analysis, battery sizing, emergency modes, and bus integrity
  • Develop and drive the electrical power architecture roadmap for the Fury platform and future variants
  • Create test plans, verification procedures, and validation criteria for power distribution systems
  • Ensure designs meet military standards (MIL-STD-464, 461, 810, 1760) and perform SWaP/FMEA studies
  • Perform circuit and power system modeling using LTspice, SIMPLIS, or Multi-Spice
  • Collaborate with systems, avionics, and flight test teams; support ground and flight test campaigns
