About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an Electro-Mechanical Engineer to design and develop advanced radar systems for defense applications. You'll own mechanical and thermal aspects of hardware from concept through production, working with cross-functional teams to integrate complex RF, electronics, and thermal solutions under compressed timelines.
What you'll do
- Design and own mechanical and thermal aspects of radar hardware from requirements through full production
- Integrate complex thermal solutions, RF hardware, PCBAs, and cabling into cohesive mechanical designs
- Rapidly prototype and troubleshoot issues to accelerate product development cycles
- Support customer-facing hardware demonstrations and translate feedback into design improvements
- Travel to test sites as needed to validate designs and support field operations
- Apply engineering first principles to solve integration and manufacturing challenges
