About this role
Anduril is seeking an Electromechanical Engineer to lead the design and integration of power, control, and harnessing subsystems for cutting-edge defense products. You'll own the full lifecycle from concept to production, collaborating across teams and delivering rugged hardware solutions for military field deployment.
What you'll do
- Lead system integration of power, control, and harnessing subsystems into finished products
- Design mechanical hardware including enclosures, electronics packaging, bus bars, and cable assemblies for extreme environments
- Develop harness routing schemes and define mounting strategies for reliable electrical interconnects
- Collaborate with electrical, software, and mechanical engineers to test and validate complex systems
- Travel to field exercises to support warfighters and gather product feedback
- Partner with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient documentation and production-ready designs at scale
