About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Financial Analyst II to serve as the finance partner for its Software Platform organization, owning monthly forecasts, annual planning, and financial reporting. This high-ownership role will translate infrastructure and headcount decisions into financial outcomes, establish scalable processes, and provide strategic insights to engineering and operations leadership.
What you'll do
- Own rolling monthly forecasts, annual plans, and month-end close processes for the Software Platform organization
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis to leadership with detailed explanations across different cost dimensions
- Manage cloud and tooling spend as financial owner, tracking consumption and identifying cost-optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain cost allocation methodology across business lines, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Partner with engineering and operations stakeholders to quantify financial implications of operational decisions
- Establish and automate financial processes, models, and reporting infrastructure to support company growth
