What you'll do
- Own production test activities and flow, troubleshooting infrared and optical system issues
- Develop and maintain test automation software, data analytics, and report generation tools
- Create test work instructions and train technicians on equipment operation in manufacturing environment
- Perform root cause and corrective action analysis (RCCA) on product failures with cross-functional teams
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment; optimize test strategies for efficiency without compromising quality
- Build failure mode library with troubleshooting guides and support early-stage product test design
