About this role
Anduril is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to design and build automations that enhance service desk efficiency and create self-service tools for internal customers. You'll develop AI-powered workflows, custom applications, and integrations that reduce repetitive work and improve operational efficiency across the company.
What you'll do
- Design and implement automations for IT Service Desk tasks including account provisioning, access requests, and troubleshooting workflows
- Build self-service employee-facing tools that safely handle common IT requests without human intervention
- Apply AI and LLMs to workflows where they deliver measurable efficiency gains
- Develop custom applications and automations that extend existing tools and platforms
- Work autonomously on complex projects from conception through implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues and identify solutions
