About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to serve as the primary troubleshooter on an imaging production floor, rapidly diagnosing and resolving in-line issues with electromechanical and optomechanical systems. You'll minimize downtime, manage production data systems, drive root-cause analysis, and collaborate with technicians to continuously improve yield and quality.

What you'll do

  • Embed on production floor to rapidly diagnose and resolve assembly, integration, and test issues
  • Triage and close downtime tickets by coordinating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Manage ERP and MES systems for production tracking, data integrity, and inventory flow
  • Perform root-cause analysis on hardware failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
  • Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and rework procedures; manage ECO/ECN implementations
  • Analyze line data to identify recurring failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives
