Manufacturing Engineer, Digital Tools

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the deployment and adoption of ProductionOS manufacturing software across the company. You'll bridge manufacturing operations with software solutions, driving efficiency improvements and managing the feedback loop between users and developers in a defense technology environment.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement manufacturing software strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Drive adoption of ProductionOS solutions across the company and manage user feedback to developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software roadmap with business objectives
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital manufacturing
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of software standards and best practices
• Work with manufacturing leadership to conceptualize solutions and gather requirements
