About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Manufacturing Test Engineer for its Electromagnetic Warfare team to design, implement, and optimize production test systems for cutting-edge defense hardware. You'll own test operations, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, drive automation improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and throughput.
What you'll do
- Oversee production test flow, troubleshoot electrical failures, and resolve complex testing issues
- Maintain and improve test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from component to system level
- Enhance test automation, consistency, cycle time, and coverage while supporting Design for Manufacturability
- Create clear test work instructions, train technicians, and build failure mode libraries for fast resolution
- Perform root cause analysis on product failures and recommend corrective actions collaboratively
- Analyze test data, document results, and optimize test strategies to reduce time without compromising quality
