About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Mechanical Engineer to own the mechanical design and production of defense technology products for command and control systems. You'll drive production scaling, collaborate across teams, and support field validation while managing complex electromechanical systems shipped globally.
What you'll do
- Own mechanical definition and design of production-scale products
- Investigate and resolve complex quality issues through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with designers, manufacturing engineers, and production partners
- Create and oversee engineering documentation and production drawings
- Manage bills of materials and serve as mechanical authority for configuration changes
- Support qualification campaigns and field exercises with warfighters
