About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to serve as the primary customer-facing account manager for tactical drone systems and related products. The role involves managing client relationships, orchestrating product deployments, shaping product development based on customer needs, and driving commercial growth across defense and government partners.
What you'll do
- Manage strategic customer accounts and serve as primary point of contact for operational requirements and contract deliverables
- Plan and execute deployments of Anduril's ALTIUS UAS and other products to field locations, including end-user training and performance monitoring
- Develop measures of performance, write technical reports, and create user engagement roadmaps to track mission success
- Collaborate with engineering, product, logistics, and technical operations teams to address customer needs and troubleshoot field issues
- Represent customer requirements to internal teams and influence product development to align with operational mission needs
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with existing clients and across DOD service components, government organizations, and international defense partners
