Mission Operations Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to lead the deployment and operational success of advanced aerial drone systems for defense customers. This role combines technical field deployment, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure mission success while driving commercial growth.

What you'll do

• Lead planning and deployment of Ghost-X and other Anduril products to customer locations, including field training and performance management
• Manage customer relationships across operational and executive levels while meeting commercial growth targets
• Represent customer needs to engineering teams to shape product development for mission-critical applications
• Coordinate with logistics, technical operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful product deployment and troubleshooting
• Travel extensively (up to 75%) to support forward-deployed customer accounts nationwide and internationally
• Monitor customer engagement and product performance to drive continuous improvement in user experience
