About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Mission Operations Engineer to provide post-sales technical support and customer success management for Voyager products in defense operations. You'll bridge customer needs with internal engineering and sales teams, delivering training, troubleshooting, and tactical guidance while owning critical military account relationships.
What you'll do
- Deliver post-sales technical support and training for Voyager systems to internal and external customers
- Resolve technical issues in help desk and field deployment environments at customer locations
- Manage customer relationships and serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to support mission success
- Gather customer feedback on product usage and operational tactics to inform product improvements
- Coordinate with engineering teams to address customer issues and shape product enhancements
