About this role
Join Anduril's Connected Warfare division as a Mission Operations Engineer supporting the Voyager product line. You'll provide technical post-sales support, training, and customer advocacy across product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure mission success for military customers.
What you'll do
- Deliver post-sales technical support and training for Voyager systems to internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and at customer locations
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams on customer mission needs
- Monitor customer product engagement and feedback to inform product improvements
- Manage customer relationships and own account success and growth
- Partner with engineering teams to shape product offerings aligned with mission requirements
