About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a PCB Layout Engineer to design test systems for avionics and military applications in Costa Mesa, CA. You'll collaborate with avionics, systems, and software teams to support development, qualification, and field deployments in a fast-paced defense technology environment.
What you'll do
- Design and layout PCBs using Altium, applying signal and power integrity best practices
- Create schematics and layouts for high-speed digital interfaces (USB, PCIe, Ethernet) with controlled impedance routing
- Collaborate with avionics, systems, and software engineers on test systems for verification and validation
- Manage ECAD libraries and ensure compliance with fabrication and assembly design rules
- Coordinate with vendors on design-for-manufacturability and design-for-assembly reviews
- Support active deployments and customer-operated hardware testing
