What you'll do

  • Perform on-site fault triage and repair for vehicle software and hardware issues to maintain fleet uptime
  • Respond to technical issues within 5-minute SLA to keep vehicles operational
  • Collaborate with field engineers and cross-functional teams on troubleshooting and resolution
  • Maintain communication with Field Engineering Lead on repair status and regional handovers
  • Participate in on-call rotations supporting 24/7 global technical operations
  • Adhere to safety and compliance protocols for all diagnostics and repairs
