About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Product Quality Engineer in Atlanta to lead quality processes and continuous improvement across defense technology product development and manufacturing. You'll own quality planning, process verification, root cause analysis, and supplier oversight while driving products from design through high-rate production.
What you'll do
- Drive product development and production quality through reviews, planning, inspection, testing, and verification of processes and assemblies
- Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and material review board activities to resolve production issues and improve reliability
- Own new product introduction transitions to sustainable, high-rate manufacturing with stable processes and supply chains
- Develop comprehensive quality plans using APQP methodologies and establish metrics for measuring quality performance
- Manage supplier quality engineers and oversee manufacturing process qualification, including PPAP, FAI, and acceptance testing
- Analyze product health data and drive continuous improvement of the quality management system
