Program Chief Engineer

About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Program Chief Engineer to lead their Air Defense systems program in Irvine, CA. You'll own the technical vision and execution of autonomous defense products, serving as the primary liaison between clients and engineering teams while driving product development from concept through operational delivery.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners to gather insights and align objectives
• Own technical outcomes and product development roadmap, leveraging operational learnings and performance data
• Translate business goals and program requirements into actionable project plans with clear milestones and resource allocation
• Manage cross-team collaboration across hardware, software, test, and field operations to accelerate project execution
• Support technical proposal development and ensure accurate scoping of scaling opportunities with clients
• Execute autonomously on ambiguous client requirements while shaping solutions that benefit both client and company
