Program Engineer

About this role

Join Anduril's Air Defense team as a Program Engineer to lead autonomous defense systems development in Irvine. You'll act as the bridge between engineering and field operations, driving technical execution on cutting-edge autonomous robotics while advocating for client needs and translating strategic goals into tactical delivery.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align objectives for air defense initiatives
• Own technical outcomes by understanding system performance and driving product development through operational data and learnings
• Bring clarity between engineering development and operational delivery through sprint planning and on-the-ground test event support
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones from conception through completion
• Execute on broad, ambiguous client requirements while shaping them to optimize product value
• Manage and unblock cross-team projects spanning multiple initiatives to accelerate delivery
