What you'll do

  • Conduct vehicle test drives to evaluate ride comfort, handling, braking performance, and overall vehicle dynamics
  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot suspension and brake issues during testing activities
  • Perform hands-on mechanical work including brake pad replacement and suspension adjustments
  • Support ride and handling tuning and evaluate how component changes affect vehicle behavior
  • Collect test data, assist with analysis, and maintain accurate test records
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to investigate problems and implement performance improvements
