About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Staff RF Engineer to design and develop advanced phased array systems for next-generation military radar. You'll lead technical initiatives across the full product lifecycle—from architecture definition through production—while mentoring junior engineers and driving innovation in defense technology.
What you'll do
- Design and develop phased arrays and RF electronics for military radar systems
- Lead testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of radar systems across diverse operating environments
- Mentor junior engineers and guide technical quality across team deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define radar architectures and system requirements
- Conduct RF simulations, trade studies, and prototyping to optimize performance
- Support production ramp-up including design for manufacturing and supplier engagement
