About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an RF Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes for advanced radar systems, bridging prototype development with full-scale manufacturing. You'll own process development, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with design and operations teams to accelerate radar systems from concept to field deployment.
What you'll do
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF and electronic assemblies from prototyping through full production
- Create manufacturing documentation including assembly instructions, inspection plans, and fixture designs
- Troubleshoot production line issues using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement via data analysis, process capability studies, and yield optimization
- Provide design-for-manufacturability feedback to RF and electrical design engineers
- Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for electronic products and RF systems
