About this role

Anduril Industries seeks a Payloads Integration Engineer to lead mechanical design and integration of weapon systems and payloads onto unmanned aircraft platforms. You'll work on cutting-edge autonomous aerial vehicles, managing system architecture, testing, and cross-functional coordination to deliver advanced defense capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Lead integration, verification, and validation of weapon systems on unmanned aircraft platforms
  • Develop system architectures, perform analysis, and generate technical requirements
  • Create program plans, schedules, and Interface Control Documents
  • Support laboratory, ground, and flight test events
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal engineering teams
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to design and technical staff

  • Software programming (C++, MATLAB, Python, PERL)
  • Weapons and avionics integration experience
  • MIL-STD-1553 and datalink systems knowledge
  • CAD tools (NX, Teamcenter, Solidworks preferred)
