About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Software Engineer to develop advanced tracking algorithms and real-time software systems for air and missile defense radar capabilities. You'll design multi-target tracking solutions, build high-performance distributed systems processing massive sensor data, and collaborate with radar engineers to integrate solutions into defense systems.
What you'll do
- Design and implement advanced multi-target tracking and discrimination algorithms for air and missile threats
- Develop high-performance real-time software systems to process radar data and track dozens to hundreds of simultaneous targets
- Build modeling and simulation environments to validate tracking performance and identify improvements
- Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments with millisecond-level latency requirements
- Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate solutions into end-to-end defense systems
- Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers
