About this role

What you'll do
- Design and implement multi-target tracking algorithms and discrimination techniques for air and missile threats
- Develop high-performance, real-time C++ software systems to process radar data and maintain tracks on hundreds of simultaneous targets
- Build and validate tracking solutions using modeling and simulation environments
- Collaborate with radar engineers and system architects to integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end systems
- Optimize tracking software for millisecond-critical, performance-sensitive environments
- Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams and customers
