Software Engineer - Maritime Integrated Systems
About this role
Anduril's Maritime Division seeks a Software Engineer to design and deploy software systems for autonomous maritime platforms, including command-and-control, autonomy, and sensor fusion capabilities. You'll own end-to-end software solutions across the product lifecycle while mentoring teammates and collaborating with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Architect, design, and deliver software for autonomous maritime platforms (on-board and off-board systems)
- Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, optimizing for user value and end-to-end outcomes
- Design scalable, reusable software components across multiple Anduril product lines
- Develop and execute testing strategies including simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, and lifecycle testing
- Mentor junior engineers and work as technical lead across multi-disciplinary teams
- Support vehicle manufacturing, deployment, and remote system troubleshooting (up to 20% travel)
