About this role
Anduril is seeking an Orbital Software Engineer to develop and deploy AI-powered software solutions for on-orbit spacecraft operations and mission management. You'll architect orbital software systems, integrate with legacy defense infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to deliver critical space domain capabilities for DoD and intelligence community customers.
What you'll do
- Architect and develop on-orbit software capabilities for spacecraft operations and mission management systems
- Integrate orbital software with legacy defense systems and Anduril's Lattice platform
- Write and optimize code to scale mission capabilities across multiple users and customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, build, test, and deploy complex functionality
- Create metrics for debugging and monitoring system performance
- Partner with end-users and mission partners to translate requirements into features and troubleshoot issues
