About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to lead systems engineering for a Group 5 autonomous aircraft program. You'll translate customer needs into air vehicle requirements, develop model-based systems engineering artifacts, and guide the program through critical design reviews from early development stages.
What you'll do
- Convert customer needs into air vehicle and subsystem requirements collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
- Develop systems engineering artifacts including system models that trace stakeholder inputs through design
- Lead program teams through Systems Requirements Review, Preliminary Design Review, and Critical Design Review
- Manage and communicate program risks with Chief Engineer and Program Management
- Incorporate input from system safety, software engineering, and other disciplines into system architecture
