About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Field Operations Engineer to deploy and support imaging systems for military customers, serving as a subject matter expert who bridges hardware, software, and operational needs. You'll work directly with the Department of Defense to integrate products, provide technical training, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system performance in real-world deployments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products directly with Department of Defense customers in the field
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment site surveys, and technical documentation for customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in operational environments
- Configure systems, manage hardware setup, and ensure integration with customer infrastructure
- Communicate field issue status and technical recommendations to internal and customer teams
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate between imaging operations, technical teams, and engineering
