About this role
Anduril Industries seeks an experienced Technical Field Operations Engineer to deploy and support advanced imaging systems for military customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging engineering and operations, managing hardware-software integration, customer training, and complex troubleshooting across diverse field environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products in customer environments, working directly with military stakeholders
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues in unstructured field conditions
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment documentation, and technical guides for end users
- Configure and integrate imaging systems with customer infrastructure and cloud environments
- Communicate field issue status and technical recommendations between customer and internal teams
- Manage cross-functional projects and coordinate with engineering teams on product improvements
