About this role
Design and build enterprise-scale automation solutions using Power Platform, APIs, and scripting to modernize operational workflows and reduce manual processing. This role focuses on transitioning the organization from desktop automation to cloud-based, unattended workflows while managing document processing, OCR integration, and system reliability.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain Power Automate and Power Apps solutions for operational workflows
- Design API-driven and unattended workflows to reduce manual employee involvement
- Build automation frameworks for document generation, templates, and print orchestration
- Expand OCR-enabled document processing for mail classification and routing
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation reliability and governance
- Partner with business teams to translate requirements into scalable automation solutions
