About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support imaging systems for military customers. You'll act as a subject matter expert bridging engineering and field operations, managing system integration, troubleshooting, training, and technical documentation while working closely with the Department of War.
What you'll do
- Deploy and support Anduril imaging products in customer environments, serving as primary technical point of contact
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues in real-time operational settings
- Develop training materials, technical documentation, and pre-deployment site surveys for customers
- Configure and integrate systems with customer infrastructure, managing hardware setup and software deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across engineering, operations, and customer teams to accelerate issue resolution
- Maintain system availability and performance while communicating status updates to internal and customer stakeholders
