About this role
Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Operations Engineer to deploy and support imaging systems for military customers. You'll serve as a subject matter expert bridging engineering and operations, handling everything from customer training and troubleshooting to system configuration and documentation in dynamic, unstructured environments.
What you'll do
- Deploy and integrate imaging hardware-software systems with military customers, providing direct technical support
- Develop training materials, pre-deployment surveys, and technical documentation for contract deliverables
- Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and networking issues, driving them to resolution in real-time
- Configure systems, manage networking environments (firewalls, routers, cloud), and ensure high availability
- Communicate field issue status to internal and customer teams while coordinating cross-functional initiatives
- Provide end-to-end support including hardware setup, software configuration, and end-user training
